Plot summary

   Jack is a police officer and is completely dedicated to the police force. Where he lives and works the town is completely overrun by crime. In this town the police dominate the crime going on in the town and mostly in the drug trade where they are able to arrest all the competition. However after a drug deal goes wrong and 3 bodies are found jack makes a breakthrough in the case and tells the police chief. However the police chief is in charge of all the crime going on in the city so suspends him from the force so jack must enact vigilante justice to save his town from crime and after jack kills an officer who is dealing drugs the police chief gets rose jacks old girlfriend to lead him into a trap (seen at the start of the film) where the police chief turns up and guns jack down.
